With over 35 years of industry experience, we are specialists in creating beautiful, hand crafted furniture in our old schoolhouse workshop, just outside Dumfries, in South West Scotland. Every piece of furniture is custom made using traditional carpentry methods to our clients’ individual specifications, allowing their imagination to run free and fulfil their interior home aspirations.
Our traditionally trained craftsmen are qualified to the highest level, which means that they are able to produce beautiful, bespoke, high quality pieces from scratch to meet each individual clients’ needs.
We use a range of solid wood for our projects, including Tulipwood, American Black Walnut and European Oak, all of which are all sourced from carefully selected suppliers using sustainable resources.
We have the expertise and skills to manage your entire project; from designing and fitting a kitchen or renovating a bathroom, to the complete renovation of a new house, and we’re able to project manage every part of the process, dealing with all trades and suppliers on your behalf.
Our high-end computer design software allows customers to see their project in photo realism, assisting them with decisions such as choosing appliances, handles, worktops, tiles, wallpapers and lighting.
We also handle all aspects of specialist joinery work, from new extensions, doors or windows or complete re-fits.
Our previous restoration projects include listed castles, copying original cornicing detail and replacing 17th Century doors with tapestry backing, and the complete refurbishment of a unique, waterside boathouse.
