Specialist knowledge, the finest materials and creative flair

With years of experience working with some of the finest materials, our knowledgable craftsmen produce handmade pieces that really display their skills anf the quality of our business.

The solid woods we use is sourced from carefully selected suppliers using sustainable resources. Popular woods include Tulipwood, American Black Walnut and European Oak, and each piece of wood is carefully selected prior to crafting your furniture.

Our process is made up of eight main elements, which we have detailed below. From the initial showroom enquiry to final installation, you will be part of the project every step of the way. We believe that our clients should be involved throughout the process to ensure that their vision comes to life exactly as they imagined.

1. Book an Appointment

Discuss ideas and styles over an informal coffee

We would recommend booking an informal appointment to discuss your initial ideas and preferred styles. This ensures that a member of our team is present to answer all your questions, offer design ideas and chat through your project. During this appointment, we will discuss what your objectives are for your new furniture, go through various design layouts and show you around our showroom.

2. Site Survey

We visit your home to measure up

We’ll visit you at your home and take essential measurements of the space. We will also use this time to look at plumbing, electrics and pipework in order to get an understanding of the layout and any specific requirements. Our team will then chat to you further about your thoughts and ideas.

3. Design and Presentation

We design your perfect kitchen

Our in-house designer will create an initial design proposal using our photo-realistic, market leading CAD software which will enable you to get a visual interpretation of how your final kitchen will look.

From the first draft, we can continue and develop this process by changing ideas, layouts and colour schemes until we achieve exactly what you are looking for.

4. Final Quotation Pack

We provide you with a full quotation and breakdown of costs

Once we have finalised your design and you are happy with every element, we put together a quotation pack with a breakdown of the costs of your kitchen which includes cabinetry, appliances and any other associated project management works, such as tiling, flooring, electrics and plumbing.

5. Technical Drawings

We convert the design into technical drawings

Upon order confirmation, and having agreed relevant timescales, the designs are generated into technical drawings for our workshop. Every single element of your kitchen will be carefully broken down into detailed CAD drawings, which are then given to our craftsmen to work from.

6. Cabinetry Making and Preparation

We handcraft and create your kitchen and furniture

This is where the excitement really begins!

Our craftsmen build and create your bespoke cabinetry; a process that can take around four to six weeks, depending on the size of your kitchen and the detail involved.

Whilst this is happening our workforce will prepare the space to get it ready prior to installation, including wall alterations, removing old units, flooring, tiling.

Every element of our cabinetry is carefully hand crafted and traditionally constructed to give the most beautiful result. The final workshop process is the full hand painted finish, which is skilfully undertaken by our experienced in-house painter.

7. Installation

We install your new kitchen and furniture into your home

Our team deliver and install all cabinetry into you home, complete any final touches such as adding handles, granite worktops or plinths and the final coat of paint, finished by our highly talented painter.

Everything we fit is to an exceptionally high standard. We thoroughly check everything is perfect and to your satisfaction before leaving to allow you to enjoy your beautiful new bespoke handcrafted furniture.

8. Our Good Faith Guarantee

Enjoy your home for years to come

Our goal is always to provide a kitchen or installation that will stand the test of time. Whether it’s a once in a lifetime investment, or a kitchen in your first home, our cabinetry comes with a good faith guarantee for the lifetime of the product.
